As we all know, a very small minority of people who held PHR at the time of the Graphene Airdrop snapshots have experienced issues with their Airdrop claims. Due to the fact this Airdrop is a one-time event, a decision was made to not allocate resources by amending code, and instead use a manual process to make people whole.
There is around 92 Million Graphene that was unclaimed before the deadline. Only a fraction of this was due to problematic Airdrops.
At the time the decision was made to reimburse people manually, we stated that all Airdrops unclaimed due to an error with the process (and reported before the January 15th deadline) would be honored in full — we’re here today to make good on that promise.
Everybody who reported their Airdrop issues before the deadline and via the correct channels will be contacted within the next 2 weeks and this will be done on a platform-to-platform basis. Those who reported on Discord should expect to be contacted within the next few days, Telegram reports will be dealt with next followed by reports via email.
We expect to have allocated everybody their rightful amount of GFN before the end of the month. It is imperative that our messages to those who experienced issues are responded to as soon as possible so that we can push forward with the social and technological development of Graphene without looking back.
